If your RED1USA holster doesn’t meet your needs or exceed your expectations send it back for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.

RED1USA will accept items in original condition within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Gift Cards, Event Tickets, and Custom Knives are not eligible for return.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA# please use the form on this page.
